Our Owner

Grady has been in love with the outdoors since his childhood. Guiding college trips for Bemidji State Outdoor program center only served to deepen this love of nature. Since then he has provided outdoor educational experiences to clients from the mountains of Yellowstone to the deserts of Arizona. When he moved to the Black Hills in 2018 he found such a rich diversity of cultural and natural opportunities that he felt the need to share them.

Sodak Wild was founded by passionate and professional stewards of the outdoors. We believe that through engaging with nature in responsible ways, together we can advocate for its protection. Whether you are planning a trip to the Black Hills to see the sights or would like to take your group on an excursion, we will find the right session to fit your goals.
